Rabbit Anti-Alexa Fluor 750 Antibody, iFluor® 647-Labeled

Product key features

Rabbit Anti-Alexa Fluor 750 Antibody, iFluor® 647-Labeled is a polyclonal antibody labeled with iFluor® 647 for detecting Alexa Fluor® 750 conjugates.
  • Direct Detection: iFluor® 647 enables one-step visualization of Alexa Fluor® 750 targets.
  • Spectrally Distinct: Far-red emission minimizes overlap with near-infrared fluorophores.
  • Polyclonal Format: Rabbit-derived with broad target recognition.
  • Multipurpose Use: Ideal for signal amplification, conjugation verification, and multiplexed fluorescence detection.

Product description

Rabbit Anti-Alexa Fluor 750 Antibody, iFluor® 647-Labeled is a polyclonal antibody that specifically binds to Alexa Fluor® 750-conjugated molecules and is directly labeled with iFluor® 647, a far-red fluorophore with excitation/emission maxima of ~656/670 nm. This direct labeling allows for one-step detection of Alexa Fluor® 750 targets without the need for a secondary antibody.

The antibody may cross-react with similar near-infrared fluorophores such as iFluor® 750, ATTO 740, and DyLight® 755. Its spectral compatibility makes it iideal for signal amplification, conjugation verification, and multiplexed fluorescence detection.

Alexa Fluor® and DyLight® are registered trademarks of Thermo Fisher Scientific.
