Overview

Rabbit Anti-Coumarin Antibody, iFluor® 350-Labeled is a polyclonal antibody that specifically binds to coumarin and coumarin-derived fluorophores and is directly labeled with iFluor® 350, a bright blue fluorophore excited at around 350 nm. This direct labeling format enables single-step fluorescence detection without secondary antibodies. The antibody may cross-react with related blue-emitting dyes such as AMC, AMCA, and other coumarin analogs. The spectral match between the coumarin target and iFluor® 350 label enhances signal detection sensitivity, making it ideal for validating coumarin conjugation and for use in multiplexed fluorescence assays.
