Rabbit Anti-Cy3 Antibody, Biotinylated is a polyclonal antibody labeled with biotin for detection of Cy3-conjugated targets.

ELISA dose-response curve for Rabbit Anti-Cy3 Antibody, Biotinylated. Cy3-BSA (100 ng/well) was immobilized on a 96-well plate overnight. Rabbit Anti-Cy3 Antibody (Cat #46900) was serially diluted 3-fold from 1000 ng/mL to 1.4 ng/mL, and 100 µL of each dilution was added per well and incubated for 30 minutes. Following washes, Streptavidin-HRP conjugate (100 ng/mL, 100 µL/well) was added and incubated for 30 minutes. HRP activity was detected using ReadiUse™ TMB Substrate Solution (Cat #11012) after final washes.

Rabbit Anti-Cy3 Antibody, Biotinylated is a polyclonal antibody that specifically binds to Cy3-labeled targets and is directly conjugated to biotin. This biotinylated format enables flexible signal detection using streptavidin- or avidin-linked reporters across a wide range of fluorescence and enzymatic assays. The antibody may cross-react with structurally related fluorophores such as Alexa Fluor® 555, iFluor® 555, and ATTO 550. It is ideal for signal amplification in low-abundance target detection, verifying Cy3 conjugation efficiency, and performing multiplex fluorescence workflows. Alexa Fluor® is a registered trademark of Thermo Fisher Scientific.
