Overview

Rabbit Anti-Cy3 Antibody, iFluor® 350-Labeled is a polyclonal antibody that specifically binds to Cy3-conjugated molecules and is directly labeled with iFluor® 350, a UV-excitable fluorophore with excitation/emission maxima of ~345/450 nm. This direct labeling format supports one-step detection of Cy3-labeled biomolecules without the need for a secondary antibody.

The antibody may exhibit cross-reactivity with related cyanine based dyes. It is recommended for signal amplification, conjugation validation, and multicolor fluorescence applications in microscopy and flow cytometry.
