Overview

Rabbit Anti-Cy3 Antibody, iFluor® 555-Labeled is a polyclonal antibody that specifically binds to Cy3-conjugated targets and is directly labeled with iFluor® 555, an orange-emitting fluorophore excited at around 550 nm. The direct labeling format enables one-step fluorescence detection, reducing background and improving workflow efficiency. The antibody may cross-react with related dyes such as Alexa Fluor® 555, ATTO 550, and iFluor® 555. Its spectral alignment with Cy3 allows enhanced signal amplification without additional detection reagents, making it suitable for multiplex assays, microscopy, and flow cytometry. Alexa Fluor® is a registered trademark of Thermo Fisher Scientific.
