Rabbit Anti-Cy5 Antibody is a polyclonal antibody for detecting Cy5-conjugated targets.

Indirect ELISA of Rabbit Anti-Cy5 Antibody. Microplates were coated with 100 ng/well of BSA-Cy5 or BSA (control). Coating, blocking, and washing steps followed standard ELISA procedures. Rabbit Anti-Cy5 Antibody (Cat# 46910) was serially diluted threefold from 100 ng/well and incubated for 40 minutes. After washing, HRP-labeled goat anti-rabbit IgG (Cat# 16793) (100 ng/mL in PBST; 100 µL/well) was added and incubated at room temperature for 40 minutes. Bound HRP activity was detected using ReadiUse™ TMB Substrate Solution (Cat# 11012), and absorbance was measured at 450 nm.

Rabbit Anti-Cy5 Antibody is a polyclonal antibody that specifically binds to Cy5-labeled molecules. It is designed to detect Cy5-conjugated proteins, oligonucleotides, or other biomolecules in fluorescence-based assays with high sensitivity. The antibody may cross-react with structurally similar dyes including iFluor® 647, Alexa Fluor® 647, DyLight® 650, and ATTO 647.
