Rabbit Anti-Cy5 Antibody, Biotinylated
Product key features
Rabbit Anti-Cy5 Antibody, Biotinylated is a polyclonal antibody labeled with biotin for detecting Cy5-conjugated targets.
- Biotin Labeled: Enables detection via streptavidin- or avidin-linked reporter systems.
- High Affinity: Strong binding to Cy5-labeled probes and proteins.
- Polyclonal Format: Rabbit-derived with broad epitope coverage.
- Multipurpose Use: Ideal for signal amplification, conjugation verification, and multiplexed fluorescence detection.
Product description
Rabbit Anti-Cy5 Antibody, Biotinylated is a polyclonal antibody that specifically binds to Cy5-conjugated molecules and is directly labeled with biotin. This format enables flexible signal detection using streptavidin- or avidin-based reporters in both colorimetric and fluorescence-based assays.
The antibody may cross-react with structurally related dyes such as Alexa Fluor® 647, DyLight® 650, and ATTO 647. It is ideal for signal amplification in low-abundance target detection, verifying dye conjugation efficiency, and supporting multiplexed analysis across ELISA, blotting, and imaging workflows.
Alexa Fluor® and DyLight® are registered trademarks of Thermo Fisher Scientific.
