Rabbit Anti-Cy5 Antibody, iFluor® 647-Labeled is a polyclonal antibody that specifically binds to Cy5-conjugated molecules and is directly labeled with iFluor® 647, a far-red fluorophore with excitation/emission around 656/670 nm. This direct labeling format provides efficient, single-step fluorescence detection without the need for secondary antibodies. The antibody may cross-react with similar dyes such as Alexa Fluor® 647, DyLight® 650, and ATTO 647. It is ideal for signal amplification in low-abundance target detection, verifying dye conjugation efficiency, and performing multiplex fluorescence assays. Alexa Fluor® and DyLight® are registered trademarks of Thermo Fisher Scientific.
