Overview

Rabbit Anti-Cy7 Antibody, iFluor® 750-Labeled is a polyclonal antibody that specifically binds to Cy7-conjugated targets and is directly labeled with iFluor® 750, a near-infrared fluorophore with excitation/emission around 752/778 nm. This direct labeling enables sensitive, single-step detection of Cy7-labeled molecules without secondary antibodies. The antibody may cross-react with similar dyes such as Alexa Fluor® 750, DyLight® 755, and other far-red fluorophores. It is ideal for signal amplification in low-abundance target detection, verifying dye conjugation efficiency, and performing multiplex fluorescence assays in deep-tissue imaging, flow cytometry, and high-content analysis. Alexa Fluor® and DyLight® are registered trademarks of Thermo Fisher Scientific.
