Rabbit Anti-Fluorescein Antibody
FITC
Rabbit Anti-Fluorescein [FITC] Antibody is a polyclonal antibody designed to detect FITC-labeled targets.
  • High Sensitivity: Binds FITC with high affinity for detecting low-abundance targets.
  • Polyclonal Format: Rabbit-derived with broad reactivity to fluorescein and analogs.
  • Cross-Reactive: May recognize Alexa Fluor® 488 and DyLight® 488.
  • Multipurpose Use: Ideal for signal amplification, conjugation verification, and multiplexed fluorescence detection.
Indirect ELISA of Rabbit Anti-Fluorescein [FITC] Antibody. Microplates were coated with 100 ng/well of BSA-FITC or BSA (control). Coating, blocking, and washing steps followed standard ELISA procedures. Rabbit Anti-Fluorescein [FITC] Antibody
(Cat# 46750) was serially diluted threefold from 100 ng/well and incubated for 40 minutes. After washing, HRP-labeled goat anti-rabbit IgG (Cat# 16793) (100 ng/mL in PBST; 100 µL/well) was added and incubated at room temperature for 40 minutes. Bound HRP activity was detected using ReadiUse™ TMB Substrate Solution (Cat# 11012), and absorbance was measured at 450 nm.
