Indirect ELISA of Rabbit Anti-ICG [Indocyanine Green] Antibody. Microplates were coated with 100 ng/well of BSA-ICG or BSA (control). Coating, blocking, and washing steps followed standard ELISA procedures. Rabbit Anti-ICG [Indocyanine Green] Antibody (Cat# 46820) was serially diluted threefold from 100 ng/well and incubated for 40 minutes. After washing, HRP-labeled goat anti-rabbit IgG (Cat# 16793) (100 ng/mL in PBST; 100 µL/well) was added and incubated at room temperature for 40 minutes. Bound HRP activity was detected using ReadiUse™ TMB Substrate Solution (Cat# 11012), and absorbance was measured at 450 nm.

Rabbit Anti-ICG [Indocyanine Green] Antibody is a polyclonal antibody that specifically recognizes ICG-conjugated molecules. It enables sensitive detection of ICG-labeled antibodies, proteins, and probes in immunoassays, imaging, and other fluorescence-based applications.

The antibody may also exhibit cross-reactivity with related heptamethine cyanine dyes commonly used in near-infrared (NIR) platforms. It is ideal for signal amplification in low-abundance target detection, validating ICG dye conjugation, and supporting multiplexed NIR detection workflows.
