Overview

Rabbit Anti-ICG [Indocyanine Green] Antibody, iFluor® 350-Labeled is a polyclonal antibody that specifically binds to ICG-conjugated molecules and is directly labeled with iFluor® 350, a bright, UV-excitable blue fluorophore. This direct labeling enables single-step fluorescence detection without requiring a secondary antibody.

The antibody may cross-react with other related cyanine dyes commonly used in near-infrared imaging. Its blue emission avoids spectral interference with NIR fluorophores, making it ideal for signal amplification, conjugation verification, and multiplexed fluorescence detection.
