Overview

Rabbit Anti-ICG [Indocyanine Green] Antibody, iFluor® 488-Labeled is a polyclonal antibody that specifically binds to ICG-conjugated molecules and is directly labeled with iFluor® 488, a green-fluorescent dye excited at around 490 nm. This configuration enables rapid, single-step fluorescence detection without requiring a secondary antibody.

The antibody may cross-react with other heptamethine cyanine dyes used in near-infrared imaging. Its green emission is spectrally distinct from NIR dyes, making it ideal for signal amplification in low-abundance target detection, conjugation verification, and multiplexed fluorescence workflows.
