Overview

Rabbit Anti-ICG [Indocyanine Green] Antibody, iFluor® 555-Labeled is a polyclonal antibody that specifically binds to ICG-conjugated targets and is directly labeled with iFluor® 555, an orange-emitting fluorophore excited at around 555 nm. This direct labeling format enables one-step fluorescence detection of ICG-labeled molecules without the need for secondary antibodies.

The antibody may cross-react with other heptamethine cyanine dyes used in near-infrared imaging. It is ideal for signal amplification in low-abundance target detection, validating ICG conjugation, and performing multiplexed fluorescence detection with minimal spectral overlap.
