Overview

Rabbit Anti-ICG [Indocyanine Green] Antibody, iFluor® 750-Labeled is a polyclonal antibody that specifically binds to ICG-conjugated molecules and is directly labeled with iFluor® 750, a near-infrared fluorophore with excitation around 750 nm. This direct labeling format supports sensitive, single-step detection of ICG-labeled targets without the need for secondary antibodies.

The antibody may cross-react with other heptamethine cyanine dyes used in NIR fluorescence imaging. It is ideal for signal amplification in low-abundance target detection, validating ICG conjugation, and performing multiplexed fluorescence assays in the near-infrared spectrum.
