About
Rabbit Anti-Texas Red Antibody
Rabbit Anti-Texas Red Antibody is a polyclonal antibody designed for detecting Texas Red®-labeled molecules.
  • Polyclonal Format: Rabbit-derived with broad recognition of Texas Red®-conjugated molecules.
  • High Affinity: Binds strongly to Texas Red® fluorophore conjugates.
  • Cross-Reactive: May detect Alexa Fluor® 594, DyLight® 594, and ATTO 594.
  • Multipurpose Use: Ideal for signal amplification, conjugation verification, and multiplexed fluorescence detection.
Indirect ELISA of Rabbit Anti-Texas Red Antibody. Microplates were coated with 100 ng/well of BSA-Texas Red or BSA (control). Coating, blocking, and washing steps followed standard ELISA procedures. Rabbit Anti-Texas Red Antibody (Cat# 46680) was serially diluted threefold from 100 ng/well and incubated for 40 minutes. After washing, HRP-labeled goat anti-rabbit IgG (Cat# 16793) (100 ng/mL in PBST; 100 µL/well) was added and incubated at room temperature for 40 minutes. Bound HRP activity was detected using ReadiUse™ TMB Substrate Solution (Cat# 11012), and absorbance was measured at 450 nm.
