Rabbit Anti-Texas Red Antibody, iFluor® 594-Labeled is a polyclonal antibody that specifically binds to Texas Red®-conjugated molecules and is directly labeled with iFluor® 594, a red-emitting fluorophore with excitation around 590 nm. This format enables single-step fluorescence detection and signal amplification, eliminating the need for secondary antibodies and reducing background in complex workflows. The antibody may cross-react with similar fluorophores such as iFluor® 594 and Alexa Fluor® 594. It is ideal for signal amplification in low-abundance target detection, verifying dye conjugation efficiency, and performing multiplex fluorescence assays in applications like microscopy, flow cytometry, and ELISA.
