How do I detect very low- abundance antigen? What are the best amplification system for signal improvement?
Answer
A common method of amplifying antibody detection is biotin-streptavidin detection. This will amplify signal by 2-8 fold. Another option is to use Power Styramide™ Signal Amplification (PSA™) system. This will amplify signal by 10-50 times.
