Answer
- How much DMSO stock solution do I add to each vial of CytoTell® Blue (Cat# 22252)?
Add 500uL DMSO/vial
- How long do I stain the cells before analyzing with flow cytometer?
Incubate cells with a dye solution at room temperature or 37 °C for 30 min, protected from light.
- How do I stain the cells?
Prepare a 1X dye working solution by diluting the 500X DMSO stock solution at 1 to 500 in Hanks and 20 mM Hepes buffer (HHBS) or the buffer of your choice.
