Do your autophagy assay kits be used with a multi-function microplate reader to detect fluorescence intensity and reflect autophagy levels?

Answer
No they cannot. We have 3 autophagy kits (2 blue fluorescence, and 1 with green fluorescence). Cat#23000 is the one that has better signal among 3 autophagy kits that we carry. It can be used for fluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry, but not with a fluorescence microplate reader.
