To determine the concentration of PerCP you will need to know these values:

• the molecular weight of PerCP = ~35.5 kDa
• the λ_ex of PerCP = 482 nm in PBS
• the extinction coefficient of PerCP = ~400,000 cm^-1M^-1
• the extinction coefficient E1% (482nm) of PerCP = 116
  • (absorbance of 10 mg/ml solution in a cuvette with a 1 cm path length is 116)

 To calculate PerCP concentration use the following:

 PerCP concentration (mg/ml) = (Abs_{482 nm}  measurement) / 11.6
