Answer
It is generally advisable to use antibody concentrations of at least 1 mg/ml for optimal labeling. Antibody concentrations lower than 1 mg/ml can result in reduced conjugation efficiency.
The amount of dye needed is dependent on the desired dye-to-antibody ratio.
