The Latex Beads used in our Cell Meter™ Fluorimetric Phagocytosis Assay Kit (Cat# 21225) are 0.79 µm in diameter. The bead-to-cell ratio for this assay is 40 to 1. In other words, on average, 40 beads are used to incubate each cell.
