Choosing the correct LAMP primers is crucial for obtaining accurate results. LAMP primers should have these properties: 

●       Length of approximately 18 to 24 bases

●       Start and end with 1-2 G/C pairs

●       40% to 60% G/C content

●       Melting temperature (Tm) between 65°C and 75°C

●       The melting temperature difference between primer pairs should not be more than 5°C  

●       Primer pairs should not have complementary regions
