Posted February 14, 2023

Answer

There are various similarities between endonuclease and exonuclease. They are both types of nucleases and are responsible for cleaving nucleic acids at specific RNA or DNA sites. They also are involved in DNA repair inside the cell and molecular cloning. They are also types of enzymes that act on nucleic acids (DNA, RNA). They also both cleave the phosphodiester backbone in the polypeptide chain.
