Apoptosis assay selection for GFP and RFP transfected tumor cells?

We are trying to examine the effect of tumor cells transfected with genes on apoptosis; the glioma is transfected with mirna lentivirus (green fluorescence) and then transfected with target gene (red fluorescence) lentivirus.
