Are your CytoTell reagents fixable after cell staining?

Yes, all of our CytoTell™ reagents are fixable. Cells labeled with CytoTell™ reagents may be fixed and permeabilized for analysis of intracellular targets using standard formaldehyde-containing fixatives and saponin-based permeabilization buffers.

Of the CytoTell™ reagents, CytoTell™ Orange (Cat# 22257 and 22258), is only fixable for up to 5 hours.
