What is the difference between loading dye and ethidium bromide?

Loading dye is used for making the DNA markers. It is added to an electrophoresis sample to give it color and density. 

Ethidium bromide is used to stain DNA. It is a tracking dye used to visualize DNA in agarose gel electrophoresis experiments.
