There are several things you can do to boost your T-cells including: 

  • Maintain a nutritious, well-balanced diet
  • Get at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep every night
  • Engage in moderate exercise regularly – the recommendation is 150 minutes a week minimum
  • Cut back on sugar consumption
  • Wash your hands frequently and especially when you get home from outdoors and before you touch any indoor surface
  • Don’t smoke or vape – quit if you do
  • Drink alcohol in moderation 
  • Stay up-to-date on all vaccinations
