Secondary and Tag Antibodies
AAT Bioquest offers a comprehensive selection of secondary antibodies conjugated to iFluor® fluorescent dyes, phycobiliproteins (PE, APC, PerCP), and enzyme tags (HRP, ALP) for immunodetection applications. Our highly cross-adsorbed secondary antibodies minimize species cross-reactivity for clean multicolor experiments. We also provide a diverse collection of anti-tag molecules that enable detection and purification of common protein fusion tags including His, FLAG, HA, and GST.

Goat Anti-Human Secondary Antibodies

Anti-human IgG secondary antibodies detect human primary antibodies in immunoassays.
  • iFluor® conjugates spanning UV to near-infrared wavelengths
  • PE and APC conjugates for flow cytometry
  • HRP and ALP conjugates for ELISA and Western blot
  • Biotin conjugates for streptavidin-based amplification
  • Cross-adsorbed against mouse, rabbit, and other species
Goat Anti-Rabbit Secondary Antibodies

Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibodies provide sensitive detection of rabbit primary antibodies across all immunodetection platforms.
  • Full iFluor® spectral range (350-790 nm) for microscopy
  • PE, APC, and tandem conjugates for flow cytometry
  • HRP conjugates for Western blot and ELISA
  • F(ab')₂ fragments for reduced Fc receptor binding
  • Cross-adsorbed for multiplexed experiments
Goat Anti-Mouse Secondary Antibodies

Anti-mouse IgG secondary antibodies are our most comprehensive secondary antibody offering, supporting detection of mouse primary antibodies in all applications.
  • Complete iFluor® series for multicolor immunofluorescence
  • Phycobiliprotein conjugates (PE, APC, PerCP) for flow cytometry
  • Enzyme conjugates (HRP, ALP) for chromogenic detection
  • IgG subclass-specific options (IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG3)
  • Light chain specific (kappa, lambda) for specialized applications
Anti-Tag Molecules

Anti-tag detection reagents enable direct detection of recombinant fusion proteins bearing defined affinity tags and are commonly used in Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, pull-down assays, and immunofluorescence without reliance on secondary antibody amplification.
  • Anti-His tag antibodies for polyhistidine-tagged proteins
  • Anti-FLAG antibodies for FLAG epitope detection
  • Anti-HA antibodies for hemagglutinin tag detection
  • Anti-GST antibodies for glutathione S-transferase fusions
  • Available with iFluor®, HRP, and biotin conjugates
