Posted May 9, 2023

Answer

Yes, ATP is a nucleotide.

A nucleotide is a small molecule made up of a pentose sugar (ribose), a nitrogen base, and one or more phosphate groups.

ATP is composed of a ribose sugar, a nitrogenous base (adenine), and three serially bonded phosphate groups, hence it is a nucleotide.
