Enzyme Activity Assays

Amplite® enzyme activity assay kits utilize highly sensitive fluorogenic substrates for accurate measurement of enzyme kinetics and inhibitor potency. One mechanism for achieving this is through proprietary dye chemistry that generates robust fluorescent signals upon enzymatic cleavage, enabling detection of enzyme activity at picomolar concentrations. Multiple wavelength options (blue, green, red, and NIR) allow flexible multiplexing with other biochemical assays. For more information about this group of assays, see our Enzyme Activity Assays & Substrates catalog.

Redox & Oxidative Stress Assays

ROS detection assays measure hydrogen peroxide, superoxide, nitric oxide, peroxynitrite, and lipid peroxidation markers in cell-free systems. Amplite® cell-free kits provide ultrasensitive quantitation of H₂O₂ and other oxidants in solution assays. These assays are essential for oxidative stress research, antioxidant screening, and studying disease mechanisms linked to redox imbalance. For complete oxidative stress solutions, see our Reactive Oxygen Signaling Species (ROS) catalog.
