XFD350 is manufactured by AAT Bioquest, and it has the same chemical structure of Alexa Fluor® 350 (Alexa Fluor® is the trademark of ThermoFisher). XFD350 acid has the same molecule as Alexa Fluor® 350 acid. It is a bright blue-fluorescent dye optimal for use with the UV laser line at 350 nm. XFD350 dye is water soluble and pH-insensitive from pH 4 to pH 10. XFD350 acid is the most economic amine-reactive form for conjugating XFD350 fluorophore to a peptide.
