XFD532 is manufactured by AAT Bioquest, and it has the same chemical structure of Alexa Fluor® 532 (Alexa Fluor® is the trademark of ThermoFisher). XFD532 acid has the same molecule as Alexa Fluor® 532 acid. It is a bright yellow-fluorescent dye optimal for use with the frequency-doubled Nd:YAG laser line. XFD532 dye is water soluble and pH-insensitive from pH 4 to pH 10. XFD532 acid is the most economic amine-reactive form for conjugating this dye to a peptide.
