ACK Lysis Buffer Preparation and Recipe
ACK Lysis Buffer is used to lyse red blood cells.

- Prepare 800 mL of distilled water in a suitable container.
- Add # of Ammonium chloride to the solution
- Add # of Potassium bicarbonate to the solution
- Add # of Disodium EDTA to the solution
- Adjust the pH to 7.2-7.4.
- Add distilled water until the volume is 1 L.
- Store for up to 6 mo at room temperature.
