TE Buffer 10X Preparation and Recipe
TE buffer is used as a protective measure against DNA and RNA degredation, storing the two molecules and maintaining proper pH levels.

- Prepare 800 mL of distilled water in a suitable container.
- Add # of Tris-Cl (desired pH) to the solution
- Add # of EDTA (pH 8) to the solution
- Add distilled water until the volume is 1 L.
