EGTA (mw: 380.35 g / mol)##
  • Prepare 800 mL of distilled water in a suitable container.
  • Add # of Sodium chloride to the solution
  • Add # of Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate to the solution
  • Add # of Magnesium Sulfate Heptahydrate to the solution
  • Add # of Potassium Chloride to the solution
  • Add # of EGTA to the solution
  • Add distilled water until the volume is 1 L.
  • Adjust pH to 5.5 using HCl. Autoclave or filter through a 0.2-µm membrane. Store at 4°C.
