Embryonic Medium Preparation and Recipe
Embryonic medium is used for culturing embryos.

Sodium bicarbonate (mw: 84.01 g/mol) | 0.06 g | 0.0007 M |
- Prepare 800 mL of distilled water in a suitable container.
- Add 0.87 g of Sodium chloride to the solution.
- Add 0.04 g of Potassium Chloride to the solution.
- Add 0.15 g of Calcium chloride dihydrate to the solution.
- Add 0.25 g of Magnesium Sulfate Heptahydrate to the solution.
- Add 0.02 g of Potassium Phosphate Monobasic to the solution.
- Add 0.02 g of Sodium phosphate dibaic dodecahydrate to the solution.
- Add 0.06 g of Sodium bicarbonate to the solution.
- Add distilled water until the volume is 1 L.
- Adjust the pH to 7.0-7.5.
