  • Prepare 800 mL of distilled water in a suitable container.
  • Add # of Chloroquine diphosphate to the solution
  • Add distilled water until the volume is 1 L.
  • Sterilize the solution by passing it through a 0.22-µm filter; store the filtrate in foil-wrapped tubes at -20°C.
