Chloroquine Preparation and Recipe

Chloroquine solution has been used to remove red blood cell-bound immunoglobin.

To prepare

Chloroquine diphosphate (mw: 515.86 g / mol)	#	#

Prepare 800 mL of distilled water in a suitable container.
Add # of Chloroquine diphosphate to the solution
Add distilled water until the volume is 1 L.
Sterilize the solution by passing it through a 0.22-µm filter; store the filtrate in foil-wrapped tubes at -20°C.
