Methanesulfonic acid (mw: 96.11 g / mol)##
  • Prepare 800 mL of distilled water in a suitable container.
  • Add # of Potassium hydroxide to the solution
  • Add # of Hepes to the solution
  • Add # of Potassium Chloride to the solution
  • Add # of EGTA to the solution
  • Add # of Methanesulfonic acid to the solution
  • Add distilled water until the volume is 1 L.
  • Use methanesulfonic acid to adjust the pH to 7.1-7.2. Store for up to 3 years at room temperature (22°C-24°C).
