- Prepare 800 mL of distilled water in a suitable container.
- Add # of EDTA to the solution
- Add # of Potassium Chloride to the solution
- Add # of Sodium chloride to the solution
- Add # of Phenylmethylsulfonyl fluoride (PMSF) to the solution
- Add # of Tris-hydrochloride to the solution
- Adjust pH to 6.8.
- Add distilled water until the volume is 1 L.
- Sterilize by filtration.
