Phenylmethylsulfonyl fluoride (PMSF) (mw: 174.19 g/mol) | 0.17 g | 0.001 M |
Tris-hydrochloride (mw: 157.60 g/mol) | 1.21 g | 0.01 M |
- Prepare 800 mL of distilled water in a suitable container.
- Add 0.37 g of EDTA to the solution.
- Add 13.64 g of Potassium Chloride to the solution.
- Add 2.74 g of Sodium chloride to the solution.
- Add 0.17 g of Phenylmethylsulfonyl fluoride (PMSF) to the solution.
- Add 1.21 g of Tris-hydrochloride to the solution.
- Adjust pH to 6.8.
- Add distilled water until the volume is 1 L.
- Sterilize by filtration.
